Regional Quality Assurance Head

(Jawa Timur, Sumatera, Manado, dan Makasar)

Responsibilities:
* Create regionnya planning in the form of the examination schedule team coordination, ensuring the process goes according to schedule the examination and reporting of examination results that can be used to effectively by the management
* To coordinate the QA team reports the results of coordination and meeting continuously with the relevant sections (QA Branch Manager, Branch / SPIRIT and related units).
* To monitor the completion of QA inspection findings, IAG and BI.
* Managing costs to be incurred in connection with the inspection process to a branch.
* To provide input for process improvement
* Provide input on training needs for QA coordination.
* Provide an assessment rating to the inspected unit
* Creating a solid team work.

Requirements:
* Minimum age 30 years, max 45 years
* Minimal S1 (Any Major) with minimum GPA 2.75 (scale 4:00)
* Have miniml six years of banking experience in the field. banking operations, as well as holding managerial positions at least three years.
* Understand, understand and implement the mandatory implementation of risk control.
* Mastering the system and procedures for banking transactions.
* Ability to analyze problems.
* Knowing the transactional process flow and credit operation
* Knowing the accounting transactions in the operation.
* Ability to communicate in a straightforward and good.
* Mastering the Power Point applications, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft
