Responsible for managing overall sales, service, credit and collection process to achieve branch's target from strategy planning to operational execution by implementing excellent
risk management and customer services. The ideal candidate should show great competencies in managing resources and planning business strategy and vision
2. SALES HEAD (SAH)
Placement: Medan, Palembang, Jakarta
Responsible for strategic sales planning and execution to ensure target achievement and propose required adjustments based on market characteristics to optimalize the overall
achievement. Sound knowledge in market charactenstics and credit is a must.
3. SERVICE HEAD (SEH)
Placement: Bekasi, Bogor, Medan, Palembang
Responsible for branch's overall services standard implementation, managing assets and financial matters, administration, employee affairs and branch infrastructures. Service mindset and can-do attitude are required in inspiring team performance.
4. CREDIT & COLLECTION HEAD (CCH)
